FORUM8 provides users with a free cloud-based file transfer service that allows them to safely, easily, and reliably deliver large files and confidential information. The application can be accessed from each user's information page. As it is possible to securely send data that cannot be attached to an email in bulk of up to 10 GB, this service is ideal for transferring large files, such as drawing data, videos and analysis results.

Ver.3 New Features

"File Transfer Service Ver.3" has a common function to manage address books for each user and register sender profiles, which makes daily sending tasks smoother. Furthermore, since user accounts can be managed centrally for each contracted organization or group, the administrative department can more easily operate and control the system.

Large Size File Transfer (Advanced)

For those considering larger volume file transfer and operation by multiple people, we offer the paid version "File Transfer Service Advanced". The Advanced version increases the maximum file size per message to 100 GB, enabling users to send larger files. Additionally, the total storage capacity on the server is increased to 500 GB, and the maximum number of user accounts per contract is increased to 1,000.
